1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player") and fg66e (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Agreement governs your access to and use of the fg66e website, mobile interface, and all associated betting, casino, slots, and gaming services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any bet or wager on fg66e, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

fg66e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior individual notice. Amended terms take effect upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility as a player to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the fg66e platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Where any provision of this Agreement conflicts with applicable law in a relevant jurisdiction, the lawful provision shall take precedence only to the minimum extent necessary to achieve compliance, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register a player account on fg66e, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are registering as an individual natural person and not on behalf of any business, corporation, or third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously closed fg66e account under any name or identity.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or close relative of fg66e or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not been classified as a problem gambler and are not subject to any self-exclusion order.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. fg66e may request documentary verification of any information provided at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on fg66e. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same identity documents, the same payment method, or the same device — are strictly prohibited. fg66e employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where a duplicate account is identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and outstanding balances forfeited pending investigation.

3 Account Obligations

As a registered player on fg66e, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account. These obligations are in addition to, and do not limit, the general conduct requirements set out elsewhere in this Agreement.

• Credential security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share login credentials with any other person. fg66e will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to protect your credentials.
• Accurate contact information: You must keep your registered email address and mobile number current. fg66e uses these channels to deliver security notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and account-related communications.
• Prompt notification of unauthorised access: If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must contact fg66e support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
• Sole use: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account for any purpose, including placing bets on your behalf.
• Lawful funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your fg66e account originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

fg66e reserves the right to request additional verification at any point in the account lifecycle, including but not limited to Know Your Customer (KYC) checks prior to processing withdrawals. Standard KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address issued within the preceding three months. Players in Bangladesh may submit their National Identity Card (NID) to satisfy both requirements where the address information is current.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fg66e supports deposits and withdrawals denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary based on your account status and jurisdiction.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by fg66e, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your real-money balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. fg66e does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, 09:00–23:00) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes to bKash and Nagad accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours are queued and processed at the start of the next available session.

Withdrawal conditions: Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your balance must have their wagering requirements fulfilled or the bonus must be forfeited before withdrawal.
• A minimum of one real-money deposit must have been made using the same payment method to which the withdrawal is being directed, unless otherwise agreed by fg66e support.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real-money balance (bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).

fg66e reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period. This is a standard anti-money-laundering compliance measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fg66e periodically offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise.

• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in the cancellation of the later claim.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover requirements) that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on the promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 10%–20%; certain games may be excluded entirely. Refer to the specific promotion for the contribution table.

Where such patterns are identified, fg66e reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings generated through abuse.

fg66e reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active bonuses already claimed will not reduce the value of that bonus for the claiming player, but may affect future eligibility for the same promotion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slots, and fishing game activity on fg66e is subject to the rules set out in this section as well as the specific product rules published in the relevant game or sports section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, product-specific rules take precedence over these general rules.

Sports Betting: Bets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports are accepted subject to available markets. All bets are final once confirmed. fg66e reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the event outcome is subject to official review, or where the integrity of the event is in question. Live in-play bets are accepted at the prevailing odds at the moment of confirmation; any delay in placement caused by connectivity issues is at the player's risk.

Live Casino: All live dealer games operated via Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the rules of the respective game as presented by the dealer and confirmed by the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino hand or spin, fg66e will resolve the bet based on the game result recorded in the provider's server logs. 7 Responsible Gaming Policy

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false identity information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Registering multiple accounts under the same or different identities to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Bonus abuse including but not limited to creating accounts solely to claim welcome bonuses, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures, or using low-margin betting strategies to meet wagering requirements dishonestly.
• Collusion between players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing or insider information — placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in any arrangement to influence the outcome of an event for betting purposes.
• Use of automated software including bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after funds have been successfully used on the platform.
• Money laundering — using fg66e to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassment or abuse of fg66e staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Exploiting software errors — continuing to play or bet after becoming aware of a technical fault, pricing error, or system vulnerability that gives an unfair advantage.

fg66e employs dedicated compliance and risk management teams that monitor platform activity around the clock. Where prohibited conduct is identified, fg66e will take proportionate action, which may include freezing the affected account balance pending investigation before making a final determination. This Agreement is governed by the principles of internationally recognised offshore gaming regulations. Any dispute arising under this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
